Privacy Notice
Trusted Signal is based in Alberta, Canada. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit our website or contact us. Private Signal Review requests are not open yet. We are not accepting relationship narratives through an online intake form.
Website visits and general inquiries
Our website is hosted using Framer. To deliver and secure pages, Framer may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device details and visit information.
If you email Trusted Signal, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond to your inquiry, maintain necessary administrative records and protect the security of our communications.
Please do not send relationship histories, private messages, screenshots, photographs, health information, financial records or identifying details about another person by general email.
Contacting us does not create an advisory engagement or authorize us to use your email address for marketing. A separate written agreement is required before any paid Private Signal Review.
When Private Signal Review requests open, the questionnaire will have its own collection notice and acknowledgments. The Private Signal Review uses AI-assisted analysis and human judgment. We will explain those functions and obtain the necessary consent before collecting detailed case information.
Framer supports our website, and Google Workspace supports email and administrative communications. These services and their subprocessors may handle information outside Canada. We do not publish private inquiries or sell their contents. We will update this notice before we begin accepting Private Signal Review requests.
Privacy questions, safeguards and retention

You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. You may also ask us to stop using it or withdraw consent, subject to applicable legal limits. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
We restrict access to inquiries and use account safeguards, including two-step verification where available. No internet transmission or storage service can be guaranteed completely secure.
We keep information for legitimate purposes, such as answering inquiries, maintaining security or meeting legal obligations, and then dispose of it under our records practices. Privacy and confidentiality have legal limits, including disclosures required or authorized by law. Specific retention rules for future Private Signal Review requests will be published before intake opens.
